High-Tech Lynching

High-Tech Lynching

The North Idaho “Republican” PAC (NIR) uses Democrat tactics to harm the Republican Party.

How many times have the Democrats leveled accusations against conservatives that later turn out to be a big nothing burger. Remember in 1991 when Joe Biden was chairman of the Senate’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings where nominee Clarence Thomas was accused of sexual harassment. Or when the same thing happened to Brett Kavanaugh only this time it was Kamala Harris promoting the claims. Remember the accusations against Roy Moore and those against Herman Cain that miraculously evaporated after the “accused” dropped out or lost their race. Mission accomplished.

Then there is Trump who has been the target of dozens of false accusations and hoaxes; the Russia Collusion Hoax, the Fine People Hoax, the Drinking Bleach Hoax, the Hunter Laptop was Disinformation Hoax, etc., etc., etc.. Clearly, this is the Democrat’s playbook, to promote guilt by accusation hoping that gullible people believe their specious claims.

I’m not saying that all claims are false, but there is this thing called The Constitution that guarantees a fair trial and innocent until proven guilty. Democrats seem happy to ignore the Constitution when it serves their political objectives.

Matt Gaetz’s political career started in the Florida Legislature in 2001 where he earned the reputation of being a firebrand. In 2017 he was elected to the U.S. Congress representing Florida’s 1st District. He is a staunch Trump ally, was instrumental in ousting Speaker Kevin McCarthy, and was nominated as Attorney General by Trump in late 2024 which led to his resignation from Congress.

Gaetz’s confirmation to Attorney General was scuttled when a 2017 ethics investigation conveniently surfaced. The investigation reportedly had all the salacious elements: sex, drugs and illegal gifts. The charges largely hinged on the testimony of a convicted felon who was “cooperating” with law enforcement. Rumors described Gaetz to be nearly as bad as Hunter Biden but concluded that there wasn’t credible evidence to bring criminal charges. Gaetz denied criminal activity, and the alleged underage prostitute dropped her civil suit because there was no evidence or testimony to support her claims.

We don’t know the full truth because we don’t have all the facts but we do know with certainty that the swamp was successful in derailing Trump’s Attorney General appointment, Matt Gaetz is innocent until proven otherwise, and he has a very interesting story to tell. As Republicans we should reserve judgment until hearing both sides of the story.

The North Idaho “Republican” PAC (NIR) is on a mission to take over the Republican Party so they can end candidate vetting and stop publishing our Voter Guide which is delivered free to every household. Part of that plan is to hinder Republican Lincoln Day fundraising dinner efforts with scare tactics.

In a recent editorial, NIR leaders allege that because Matt Gaetz is one of this year’s Lincoln Day Dinner speakers buying a Lincoln Day ticket is an endorsement of sexual exploitation. The absurdity of that claim is off the charts. Remember these NIR leaders include the same people who endorsed Joe Biden, said Kamala Harris would be an excellent VP, promote Democrat endorsed candidates, and were fined the maximum amount allowed by law for lying to the Secretary of State.
