ACTUALLY, PROBABLY AN IDIOT!

An idiot is a common, informal term for a foolish, senseless, or very stupid person.

Only a very naïve, uneducated person or an idiot would believe in Socialism or Communism over the wonderful world of our extremely successful capitalist system of our American Republic where freedom reigns and is right now celebrating 250 years of heralded successes. Also, many of these naïve minions seen as Mamdani supporters are, I’m sure, just like most of the hellraisers protesting in the streets today, PAID to be there.

Zohran Mamdani is a radical Muslim Indian from Uganda whose parents are hate-Israel Marxists. As a Muslim he may be using all this Socialism, Communism crap as a vehicle for his true Muslim ends.

However, Zohran Mamdani is neither a fool nor an idiot. I say Mamdani is an evil scheming Muslim who longs for power using Marxist tactics and will do anything to get it .

He is politically a democratic socialist backed by the Democratic Socialists of America. Attracting attention and making loud noises and plenty of waves nationally, as big mouths do, he’s stirring up the naïve, who are products of our corrupt public education system, and believe they can be part of a movement that’s going somewhere. This movement is affecting what’s left of the Democrat Party which is interesting, since it is a sinking ship today already.

Mature, voting Americans know what America is about and that Socialism and Communism have never been successful nor can they be. How stupid is this Socialist/Communist BIG GUY, who like Obama is a study in Marxism? This stupid:

To start with Mamdani shot off his big mouth in a Tax Day video in front of multi-billionaire Ken Giffin’s Manhattan $238 million penthouse bragging that he was promoting a pied-à-terre tax on high-end second homes. Griffin’s penthouse is the most expensive in Manhattan. Griffin called the video “creepy and weird” and said Mamdani was making it clear that “New York doesn’t welcome success.”

Griffin said he is reconsidering his planned $6 billion 62 story high-rise redevelopment at 350 Park Avenue in Manhattan that would create 6,000 construction jobs and support more than 15,000 permanent jobs in Midtown Manhattan if it went forward. Citadel also said it has nearly 2,500 employees in New York and that its principals and workers paid about $2.3 billion in city and state taxes over five years.

The story is not exactly that Griffin “moved” everything because of Mamdani — he had already moved Citadel’s headquarters to Miami — but Mamdani’s video and tax push appear to have triggered Griffin’s threat to shift more future expansion and jobs to Miami instead of New York.

Mamdani’s main campaign pitch was to freeze rents, create free buses, universal child care, city-owned grocery stores, and force higher taxes on the wealthy.

So, Mamdani’s rent freeze is popular with many tenants, but critics argue it could discourage maintenance, hurt small landlords, reduce investment, and push pressure onto market-rate rents. Business Insider reported that the freeze affects about 1 million rent-stabilized apartments, but also noted that about 30% of rent-stabilized households earn over $100,000, meaning the benefit is not limited to the poorest renters.

Business Insider states: “Not everyone is celebrating Mamdani’s win. Jake Krimmel, Realtor.com senior economist, commented that while the policy will provide short-term benefits for tenants who are rent-burdened, the freeze will also impact landlords and real estate groups as they struggle to meet rising operating costs.

“Building owners are simultaneously cost-burdened, squeezed by rising insurance premiums, fuel costs, and property taxes that the rent guidelines process doesn’t control. Frozen revenues against rising costs is a math problem.”

“Critics also say the freeze could leave landlords with fewer resources to maintain their buildings and claim the regulation could put more pressure on market rents, resulting in higher costs for other market-priced units.”

Big Mouth shouldn’t have popped off about the free buses because they are operated by the state-owned MTA, not the mayor.

He has already said that the city-owned grocery stores may not happen for a few years. Right. A few details such as high startup costs, limited reach, possible harm to small businesses, and government entering a low-margin business that private operators already find difficult are extremely perplexing for a socialist to grasp.

Free child care sounds great except that it’s not “very good,” and it certainly isn’t free, as one X user wrote over a video of the appeal. “It’s not free,” Elvis Trump wrote: “US Taxpayers are forced to pay for it with the hard-earned money stolen from them by the government.”
