CHEMTRAILS

This week I introduced House Bill 2222 https://app.leg.wa.gov/BillSummary/?BillNumber=2222&Year=2025&Initiative=false in Olympia, an Act relating to weather modification activities (read chemtrails).
I am not dogmatic on this issue. It is a common cause issue on both sides of the aisle. I had constituents ask me to draft a bill on the subject. I purposefully did not seek cosponsors because I wanted to see if any of the other 97 House Members were concerned. Thus, did not receive any cosponsors, either because they had no knowledge of this alleged activity or because they feared being labeled a conspiracy theorist. Ultimately, I represent my constituents, not the Newspapers.
Growing up in Seattle, I played a lot of baseball. I was a good hitter but a lousy fielder, therefore I was usually assigned to Right Field. It could be pretty boring in Right Field, so I looked at the sky a lot. There was a lot of air traffic, and I would watch the contrails from the many jets. They usually lasted a few minutes in the air before dissipating. Fast forward to recent times and what they call ChemTrails cover huge swaths of the sky and remain for hours. The person sitting in darkness wonders.
A few years ago, I became aware of Dane Wigington, founder of GeoEngineeringWatch.org, on many alternative radio shows. He is a Chem Trails whistleblower. He contends that our government is behind the Chem Trails, which are used to modify weather patterns, but that it is all top secret from We the People. There is a lot of speculation as to why they are doing this – from trying to control global warming to insider trading on agricultural stocks to reducing human populations, but if this is true, one can be sure The Powers That Be are up to no good. Why else would they have a gag order on all the mainstream press? I have always found that if you are being stonewalled, there is a reason why.
According to researchers at GeoEngineering Watch, the chemtrails are comprised of nanoparticles of Aluminum, Strontium, Barium, and Graphene. This was deduced from sample gatherers on high mountains after chemtrail-bearing jets left some of their residues hanging from trees. I am not a chemist so I have no idea why this combination is used.
My current favorite political hero is Robert F Kennedy Jr. who is a truth seeker and brilliant. He had the guts to interview Dane Wigington and mentioned that studies show a massive rise in aluminum nanoparticles in our western forests. These particles do not occur naturally but can be introduced by human activities, such as smelting. So how do they occur in our forests that are hundreds of miles, if not thousands of miles away from Aluminum Smelters?
One day when I was serving as Spokane County Treasurer, I saw several chemtrails above the Spokane County Courthouse. It occurred to me I had standing to call Geiger Field and see what was going on. I was transferred to Fairchild Air Force Base and asked their expert about what was going on. He gave a rather practiced, condescending chuckle and said it was just ice crystals and that they get that question all the time.
In our lives, we have had similar conspiracy theories like the JFK Assassination, Building 7, Yellow Cake, Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, Bradley Manning, and how Joe Biden got 81 million votes. Somewhere in my past I remember an adult voice telling me the only dumb question is the one not asked.
HB 2222, with its stiff penalty of $1,000,000 joins many other bills in many other states trying to get to the bottom of Weather Modification. It would help to contact legislators on the House Environment & Energy Committee to at least have a hearing. Representatives have a duty to represent us.
