Speaker Johnson Talks Conservative Principles, Drives Left Crazy

The Left is crazed over our new House Speaker. They can’t tolerate someone who talks about morals and is, perish the thought, Evangelical. I’m not sure what that says about them, but it’s not tolerant.

“We are the beacon of freedom, and we must preserve this grand experiment in self-governance,” the Louisiana Republican said.

“We’re only 247 years into this grand experiment, and we don’t know how long it will last, but we do know that the Founders told us to take good care of it,” Johnson said.

“That is the creed that has animated our nation since its founding, that has made us the great nation that we are,” Johnson said. “We’re in a time of extraordinary crisis right now, and the world needs us to be strong. They need us to remember our creed and our admonition.”

“Inaction is unacceptable! We must come together and address the broken southern order – we have to do it!” All Republicans stood and clapped. The Dems stayed seated and glared. Democrats want anonymous foreigners pouring in. We’ve seen some of those foreigners in action since October 7th, rallying in our major cities, calling for the annihilation of Israel.

“We have a catastrophe at our southern border…our streets are being flooded with fentanyl…the status quo is unacceptable,” he continued.

Johnson also promises to decentralize the power in DC.

Johnson listed seven core principles that have provided the foundation for the American experiment in liberty: individual freedom, limited government, the rule of law, peace through strength, fiscal responsibility, free markets, and human dignity. [See clip below]

“Those are the foundations that made us the extraordinary nation that we are,” Johnson told his colleagues.

“And you and I today are the stewards of those principles — the things that have made us the freest, most powerful, most successful nation in the history of the world, the things that have made us truly exceptional.”

Johnson closed by saying we are “back in business,” and ended with a most hopeful, positive message.

“We want our allies around the world to know that this body of lawmakers is reporting again to our duty stations. Let the enemies of freedom around the world hear us loud and clear: The people’s house is back in business,” he said.

“I genuinely believe in my heart that the best days of America are still ahead of us.”

On the right, Laura Loomer said we’ll be disappointed – he’s a neo-con.

Democrat Ted Lieu is very unhappy. he wants to talk about confiscating guns.

Speaker Johnson’s stance on abortion and gay marriage infuriated the Left, but that wasn’t what he focused on in his speech today.

Responses from the X Using Democrats

~ Mike Johnson is a guy who wants to criminalize abortion nationwide and was an architect of Trump’s plot to overturn the election. Most voters would find that unacceptable.
