“Boy are boys and girls are girls. There is no in-between.”

Factual words spoken by Kellogg High School Student Travis Lohr during a pre-graduation ceremony in which Rachel Clark-Krusemark Art teacher and Kelton Enich, an English teacher took issue with the statement.

This resulted in admin preventing Mr. Lohr to participate in his graduation ceremony in early June 2023, as reported by The Idaho Tribune. A school bus driver who participated in a rally for Travis was also fired.

Public records received show dialogue between the Sheriff Holly Lindsey, the Shoshone County Sheriff Office and the Kellogg School District. Sheriff Holly Lindsey is also married to Art teacher Rachel Clark-Krusemark of Kellogg High.

Why would Sheriff Lindsey take issue with constitutional groups getting involved with the school districts violation of Travis Lohr’s first amendment?

The Kellogg School District seems to have a knack for ignoring law as well as abusing the rights of it’s students.

June 28, 2023 – Recorded audio call with Megan at the Kellogg School District admitting to violating Idaho State Law regarding public records.

The Kellogg School District has not replied by email (per law) to two outstanding public records by this author now exceeding 10 business days.
