Is the Idaho Legislature actually Red?

Is the Idaho Legislature actually Red?  These percentages were taken from the Idaho Freedom Foundation freedom and spending index and then averaged.

100%-80% were given a “red” category.

79-60% were given a purple category (moderate, or heavily leaning towards Democrat).

59% and lower were given a blue category (democrat, or leaning towards Marxism, socialism, and communism …depending on how low your score is).  But definitely, those in the blue are voting for bigger government and less liberty- kinda like Democrats.
